The Hispanic Chamber of E-Commerce (HISCEC) is an online Hispanic business association focused on promoting Hispanic businesses via the Internet and the use of e-business tools.

The Hispanic Chamber of E-Commerce was launched in April 2008 to pursue our passion for e-commerce and the Hispanic business community. It was incorporated in the state of California as a for-profit corporation. We have been passionate about e-commerce since 1998. Our knowledge about the digital economy and the Hispanic Market has developed over the years. Three years ago, we decided to create an online Hispanic business association that could contribute to the growth and development of an online Hispanic business community.

HISCEC’s commitment with the Hispanic community is reflected by providing high quality services at very affordable prices. We are striving to be a very social responsible company. Becoming a Member of the Hispanic Chamber of E-Commerce is FREE, because we don’t want money to become a barrier between Hispanic business owners and the use of the Internet as a business tool.   

HISCEC has given us the opportunity to express our creativity and desire to help to the fullest extent. We enjoy being able to give our Members one-on-one service and exceptional attention to detail.
