The Hispanic Chamber of E-Commerce wants to become a Hispanic Business Association well known for promoting e-business tools, the use of Information and Communication Technology infrastructure in the Hispanic Community and for supporting entrepreneurs, Hispanic businesses, organizations, individual members, and the community.
