Dipalma de México S.de R.L. MI. , committed to produce and sale fresh Palma Camedor foliage (Chico, Chamaedorea Elegans),with the highest quality standards and the best customer service. The foliage harvested by Dipalma has three different sizes:
Premium (45-50 cm) (17-20inches), Jumbo (38-45 cm) (14-17inches) y D´Oro (30-38 cm) (11-14inches) and grows in the State of Hidalgo, Mexico, in the forest of “La Sierra” Zone where the foliage is collected by indigenous hands, who still keep their traditions alive and the nahuatl language is spoken. One of our main goals is to benefit the community where Dipalma is located, keeping our cultural heritage and offering first class quality in foliage.

Our production capacity is 1,500 boxes with 600 pieces each, per week of palma camedor foliage, carefully selected fresh good looking healthy plant and free of residues. Once the plant is collected it is refrigerated under 5°C (41°F) until it is delivered to the client’s facility.
 
  • CHICO PALM

    CHICO (Chamaedorea Elegans) is a plant cultivated on the mountain range and huasteca Hidalguense, in Mexico, in a warm humid weather (95°F – 113°F), 150 meters over sea level. Cultivated by expert farmer's hands, on a natural way, avoiding the use of pesticides and fertilizers and applying sow and picking techniques based on quality.This foliage owns a characteristic dark green color and its handling should be very delicate, because the texture of its leaves could be damaged by hitting or soiling. One of the most important attributes of the plant is the beauty of its long and sharp leaves and the hardness of its stem; this last point very important, because of it depends that it can be used in the optimum way for its main purpose, almost always on floral adornments, by giving them shape and a beautiful scene to the flowers.

    This product is generally used for ornamental purposes, DIPALMA DE MEXICO is currently being exported to Europe this foliage to the highest standards of quality for export.
