Rates, Terms and Reservations
• Minimum 3-Night Stay (Holiday Season 5 Days)
• Maximum 8-Person Occupancy
Low Season - May 1st to Nov 14 $400 US per night
Summer Season - July & August $500 US per night
High Season - Nov 15 to April 30 $650 US per night
Holiday Season - Dec 18 to Jan 5 $850 per night
A 50% deposit is required to hold a reservation. This deposit is fully refundable when notice of cancellation is given no later than 60 days prior to arrival date. In all other cases, refunds will correspond to our ability to re-rent the property for the designated time period. The remaining 50% is 30 days prior to arrival date.
