The San Diego Soccer Flash Soccer Club is a Men's Outdoor Professional Soccer Team, based in San Diego, California. The Club originally played for 4 years in the Top Division of the A-League, now the United Soccer Leagues (USL), from 1998 to 2001. Because of talented local players, The Flash and their fans enjoyed much success on the field.

Two players from that era are currently thriving in Major League Soccer:

Joe Cannon / Goal Keeper - San Jose Earthquakes and
Jimmy Conrad / Defender - Kansas City Wizards - United States Men's National Team).

The Flash is now coming back to San Diego under a new partnership ~ San Diego Soccer Partners, Inc. The Partners believe San Diego is the best city in the U.S. for a soccer franchise to prosper. The Partners feel the timing is right for San Diego to have its own Professional Soccer Club; especially with these two events in the near future.

The Mission is to make The San Diego Flash Soccer Club a true Community Asset. The Organization will do several positive things to benefit many people for years to come. For example, during its practice seasons, the team will have Annual Charity / Exhibition Games that will aid Charity Foundations in the San Diego Area (National Kidney Foundation, Donate Life America, Junvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and others). At these games, The Foundations will have the opportunity to spread their messages of Awareness, Education and Prevention to Fans.

San Diego Soccer Partners, Inc. believes The San Diego Flash Soccer Club can soon be as popular as The San Diego Chargers and The San Diego Padres.
