Tayde is a graduate of Tec de Monterrey's Graduate School of Business Administration and Leadership (EGADE) where he received his Master's in Marketing. Tayde has over 15 years of extensive work experience in both the public and private sectors. Tayde is committed to empowering Family-owned businesses through education, technology and the use of the Internet as a business tool to help build more prosperous communities.

Manny Aguilar is Senior Account Manager at KIO Networks. Manny leverages KIO Networks' global footprint of 32 technology campuses and international connectivity to help companies achieve their IT goals. He originally hails from San Francisco and has lived in beautiful San Diego for the past 12 years. He is a graduate of the University of Miami where he earned a BBA in International Finance & Marketing. In his spare time, he loves to eat amazing food, enjoy music, travel, as well as socialize with his family, friends, and business associates. She currently resides in California with her husband Oscar and their Two boys Alexander and Albert.

Her roles included Define, Create and implement Corporate Communication, also coordinate special onsite and outside events, incentive programs to promote brand awareness, increase sales and relationships with top partners. Martha has coordinate programs and activities related to corporate mergers, new product offerings, services changes, community relations and other events. He also holds a Senior Loan Officer position and is the Spanish Program Coordinator since 2010. His responsibility is to help Latino entrepreneurs, small business owners and startups develop a business plan and follow up on their operation through training and consultation to ensure successful outcomes. He was granted the Business Advocate of the Year Award in 2012 and the 2013 Businessman of the Year. An social media expert and passionate blogger, De la Hoz has been an active member since 2010 and has excelled at LATISM –Latinos in Social Media-. He also writes his own blog, Latino Small Business Owners, providing useful information in English and Spanish for small business owners and entrepreneurs. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Manizales in Manizales, Colombia, and a certificate in Management from the University of the Andes in Bogotá, Colombia. De La Hoz graduated from the Entrepreneur Pioneer Initiative from Rutgers in 2012. He is currently a resident of Edison, NJ.

She focuses her practice on general corporate and transactional matters with an emphasis on corporate formation, stock and asset sales, contract drafting, and business immigration. Romy is originally from Peru and moved to the USA with the dream of becoming an attorney and entrepreneur. Romy earned her Juris Doctor degree from the Florida International University College of Law and previously worked as an intern at Honorable William M. Hoeveler in the U.S. District Court in Miami, Florida. She is also a Stearns Weaver Miller Fellowship recipient and earned a scholarship from the Florida Association for Women Lawyers. In that capacity Mina initiated planned, directed, and executed all strategic branding, marketing and business development initiatives for the firm in the West Coast market. Mina’s background spans 20 years of strategic marketing expertise having begun her career at China Airlines international marketing department. After 8 years in the airline industry in various marketing roles, she went to work at the global accounting firm Arthur Andersen in the Los Angeles office and supported the North America Audit Practice in various marketing activities. Among other accomplishments Santos served as Vice President for his Senior High School Class, Vice President for the Latin American Students Association at Utah State University, Spanish Teacher Assistant, Owner and Founder of the first Latin nightclub in Logan, Utah. He served on the WPTV News Channel 5 Hispanic Community Committee and on the Healthy Mothers/Healthy Babies Coalition of Palm Beach County Advisory Board.
