About the business
Marisol Cárdenas took over her mother's oven in 2009 with two recipes and one delivery route. The bakery now bakes conchas, orejas and polvorones every day and ships boxed assortments to buyers in Texas and California. Everything is made with masa madre, which is why the boxes go out on Tuesdays and Fridays and not whenever an order lands.

Pedí un sábado y me avisaron que salía hasta el martes. Llegó el martes. Las conchas todavía tenían la costra suave, que es lo que uno espera y casi nunca pasa cuando se manda pan.

Buen surtido y buen empaque. El envío pesa y se nota en el precio; lo dicen en la ficha, así que no fue sorpresa, pero sigue siendo caro.
