What this item is

Doña Elvia works the copper kettle and you work beside it: jamoncillo, glorias and the besitos that go in the box. Two and a half hours, six seats, and you take home what you made. Two things said here rather than discovered: the kitchen is hot and there is nowhere to sit, and the workshop is taught in Spanish only.
