The business
We hot-fill in glass so the jars are shelf stable without a preservative, which is also why they weigh what they weigh. Every case ships from San Antonio and the shipping quote reflects the glass, not a guess.

The jar is the reason it lasts
Hot-filled glass means no preservative and I can taste the difference. It is heavier to ship and I would rather pay that than eat sodium benzoate.
Thanks, Verónica. The glass is the cost and the point at the same time.

Four jars, zero breakage, and the insert is reusable. Sent one to my sister in Monterrey.
