Alto Desierto Ceramics
Micaceous clay fired in Albuquerque, cookable and collectable.
4.9(35)Rated 4.9 out of 5, from 35 reviews
About the business
A studio working in micaceous clay dug under permit in northern New Mexico. These pots go on a flame — that is the point of the clay — and every piece ships with the instructions for the first seasoning, because a pot that cracks on its first use was almost always heated too fast.
